



Practicing in bankruptcy and commercial law, Marc is a standing Chapter 7 Panel Trustee who represents debtors and creditors in debtor filings
and creditor rights. With a career that reaches back to the late 1970s, he has accrued experience in all facets of bankruptcy law that serves
his clients well. Marc takes great satisfaction in his ability to help clients in financial peril get organized and move on to successful lives.
A former president of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law section of the Akron Bar Association, Marc lectures frequently on Bankruptcy Law at the
University of Akron, Cleveland State University, and for the Cleveland Bar Association.
He is a former president of the Jewish Community Center in Akron, and currently serves as chair of its Endowment Fund.
Before joining Goldman & Rosen, Ltd., Marc practiced with Brown, Gertz & Hanlon, LLP and Jerome L. Holub, LLP.
