



Marc heads our Bankruptcy and Commercial Law department. He has practiced bankruptcy law since the late 1970s, and has represented both debtors and creditors. Marc has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee since 1978, and in that capacity, has adminstered thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Marc has twice served as Chairman of the Akron Bar Association Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Committee. He is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy law, having spoken before the Akron and Cleveland Bar Associations, the
White-Williams Bankruptcy Institute, the University of Akron College of Law and Cleveland State University. He has also been a contributing writer in the book Chapter 7 Consumer Bankruptcy Strategies.
Marc is the former President of the Shaw Jewish Community Center and Western Reserve Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center, and previously served on the Akron Jewish Community Board and the Board at Kent State Hillel and Jewish Family Service. He presently acts as Chair of the Shaw Jewish Community Center's Endowment Fund.
Before joining Goldman & Rosen, Ltd. in 1994, Marc practiced with Brown, Gertz & Hanlon, LLP and Jerome L. Holub, LLP.
