Stacey’s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate law, business law, and employment law. She represents small businesses and
real estate owners, sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in these areas, providing counseling in various aspects of their business needs.
Her advice often includes practical alternatives, and she maintains close contact with her clients to provide timely and effective advice.
Client services include drafting, negotiating and handling transactional or contractual needs. Examples include leases,
real estate purchases/sales contracts, employee handbooks, employment agreements, business asset or stock purchases/sales, other business
and real estate contracts or transactions and structuring entities.
Stacey often advises small business and real estate clients on employment related questions that may arise, such as handling leaves of absence,
terminations, promotions, contracts, and hiring. She also represents employee-plaintiffs in the areas of employment discrimination, harassment,
and contract law. Before joining Goldman & Rosen, Ltd. in 1998, she practiced law in Columbus, Ohio.
She is a member of the Akron, Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations and has practiced in both the Northern and Southern Districts of
Federal Court in Ohio as well as Summit County Common Pleas and local municipalities. In addition to her professional involvement in the
community, Stacey has served on the boards of Hudson Preschool Parents and Hudson City Schools Parent Teacher Organization and VIP.
